PRICE OFFER

  1. The price is always in PLN currency and depend on the size of the flat measured by the floor.
    From 9,989 PLN to 11,987 PLN gross for 1 s.m.
  2. The cost of the terraces or balconies must be added to the below rate at the price of 500PLN for 1s.m., regardless chosen version
  3. Most of the apartments were ascribed with parking lots on the ground floor. This is included in price.

  4. The remaining apartments are provided with the car park on the property`s premises.
  5. The price does not include the cost of the land fractional property laws, which is 108.58 PLN gross for 1s.m. Its total cost varies from 5,000 to 16,600PLN gross, depending on the size of the apartments and the land fractional property laws in the common parts of the building, where the price is 530.70PLN gross for 1s.m.. The total cost varies from 3,500PLN to 12,000PLN for the whole share.
  6. The purchaser bears all the necessary costs and fees connected with entering notarial deeds, the costs of entries to real- estate registers and of records in land registers.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE Payment terms and conditions halve been settled in the schedule below:

In case of payments delays (according to agreed and signed payment Schedule) the seller reserves the right to subtract penalty interests for default 0.09% value for each day for the delay

DISCOUNTS In case of paying the whole gross value, the seller gives 5% discount of the total apartament`s value.
In case of paying 50% of the whole gross value the seller gives 3% discount of the total apartment`s value.

The company also helps with applying for mortgage credit on favourable conditions

Investment is placed in the course of structure. Completion of investment is expected on november - december 2009.
