Investment has been realized.
Far away from the city's hustling and bustling, but near the downtown...- that is the best description of a housing estate situated in the extremely attractive and peaceful north-west part of Zakopane, within Gubałówka range, at the picturesque ravine, surrounded by a fir wood, at the Gładczański creek. The peacefulness and silence of the area together with its convenient localization near the city center determine the extraordinary character of the place and make it one of the most popular spots in Zakopane. One can reach Krupówki and the lower station of the Cable Railway to Gubałówka in couple of minutes. The ski lift to Gubałówka and Szymoszkowa are also within a short walking distance. Kasprowy Hotel is an additional attraction providing entertainment and a wide range of leisure time activities.
The planned buildings will represent folk design - typical for Zakopane region - with some modern architectural elements opened to the surrounding nature.
In our striving to achieve the highest comfort and meet the needs of the most demanding clients, the buildings will be finished with the materials of the highest quality, predominantly wood, granite and marble.
The object has been planned as a complex of four buildings arranged in the U form with an inner garden opened to the south. The whole resembles detached housing, rather then commonly seen blocks of flats, which creates uniquely intimate atmosphere. The whole area is fenced and includes gates. The driveway will be broadened and paved. There are 6 apartments in every building. The apartments are of the most desirable living areas ranging from 42 to 48 sq. m. Depending on the needs and expectations of the client, we offer a choice of three furnishing options:
Regardless of the parking lot on the premises, a number of apartments has a roofed parking place at the ground level, or a better option - a garage with an additional utility room for storing all kinds of sport gear.
An architect renowned in Poland but especially in the Podhale region Stanisław Topor designed the complex.
