Tatra Residence Ltd. was founded in 2004 using only Polish capital. Our goal is to satisfy the demand for luxury apartments - suites built in Zakopane.

We cooperate with architects renown in Podhale area, who prepare interesting and novel architectural designs. Our buildings are in harmony with the surrounding landscape and provide comfort and peaceful relaxation for their residents. All the developing investments are conducted by construction companies from Podhale area representing considerable experience, guaranteeing successful execution of the contracted work.
We have already completed the construction of an apartment block consisting of thirty apartments in Zakopane, Jaszczurówka quarter, which enjoys huge popularity and appreciation on the part of clients.
Currently, new, four, small buildings are being constructed at Polna Street, in Zakopane. The investment again proved to be immensely popular with clients. Consequently, all the apartments were sold out already in the onset phase of the whole enterprise.

Our company's policy aiming at profitability of the enterprises has been extended with additional objective: decrease of unemployment in Zakopane and its surrounding areas due to employing specialists from this region, and offering employment possibilities to the disabled. The task of leveling the discrepancies between the disabled and those not incapacitated is reflected also in our offer of apartments on sale.
